Project History

Adobe AEM Implementation for Australian Tertiary Institution

https://tafeqld.edu.au/

The project met all scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements, earning the client's trust to continue with us in future phases.

I managed an onshore and offshore Adobe project team to interact with the client team and deliver the project in a very tight timeframe.

The tight timeline meant we had to optimize and prioritize our tasks with client approval.

Mail Redirection Project for Australia Post

https://www.judo.bank/

Managed a complex CRM replacement project in a startup environment while another core banking system was replaced.

The bank needed to replace a key CRM system while other core banking systems were also replaced. It created significant integration challenges.

Vendor management and internal coordination were key to success as key vendor organizations did all the development.

TABCorp Keno Project

Identified key issues with the existing vendor and the transition to a much smaller and capable new team within a short period, setting the team up for further delivery success, efficiency, and satisfaction.

When I came on board, there was a large vendor team, and it was not at the time detected that it was not performing. I quickly identified the issue and worked with management to replace the 10+ people vendor team with a new team of five members, which was more productive than before.

The Keno project mainly included an iPhone app and managed the Keno website.

nCino Project

Handled the end-to-end project management of nCino (a Salesforce-based CRM and loan origination system) for over 1.5 years, including complex integration with the core banking system.

As a senior project manager, I managed the internal and vendor implementation team and a large number of business stakeholders in this critical project for the bank. My work included scoping, contract negotiation, design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
