As the founder and CEO of the company, I have been involved in all aspects of the business, including product development from scratch, Agile project management, product management, marketing, finance, and team building.

The Thai authorities have since approved the company as a Board of Investment (BOI) eCommerce company, which fulfilled the requirements of bringing in knowledge and technology for the betterment of the Thai startup ecosystem.

We have built TABLE to 60+ current venue and event partners, thousands of users, and a multi-location presence in Thailand with further plans to expand into other Asian countries.

Our partners include international heavyweights such as Marriott, Banyan Tree, and Nikki Beach Club.

Insightrix is a full-service market research firm for customer experience management. As part of their move toward completely embracing modern methodologies, a SaaS platform has been developed covering all-encompassing functionalities, including discussions, communities, and surveys.

As part of my advisory role since the beginning of 2021, I have been involved in product strategy development for the platform, consulting on SaaS startup fundamentals, including scaling strategy, fundraising, and other business development-related items.

Further, my recent assignment was developing a concept to build up an international software sales team.

Enacted in 2009, the Capital Markets Act was intended to improve the regulation of Korean capital markets by consolidating various statutes used to govern the financial industry by type and improving their regulation and supervision. The new legislation expanded the business scope of financial investment service companies and, at the same time, reinforced investor protection mechanisms, including strict data privacy requirements. It improved the structures for maintaining the market’s integrity by strengthening regulations against unlawful transactions. It also introduced new regulations on cross-border capital market transactions and business activities.

As the assigned project manager, I coordinated the compliance of all Goldman Sachs systems that process or store data relevant to the new regulatory requirements. It included communicating the new requirements, establishing compliance status, and working out roadmaps for systems requiring changes.

The project covered over 100 applications and hundreds of stakeholders across the globe and was completed on time before the new regulations became effective.
