SAP ERP Implementation

Implemented SAP ERP with a multi-company concept in various industries.

Managed internal and external teams to implement SAP ERP in several manufacturing companies (SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, QM, HR). This was all part of the SAP program, where the focus was on template creation and rollout in other companies, adjusting templates after each wave. The program led to the decommissioning of dozens of Island applications, redefining and improving business processes and enabling decision-making.

SAP MDG

Implemented SAP MDG managing corporate master data (materials, customers, and vendors) and depending processes.

Managed a team of internal and external consultants in the implementation of SAP MDG within the company. The objective was to enable the management of materials, customers, and vendor data with process workflows. This project enabled the company to decrease the duration of master data creation from two weeks to two days.

Invoice Approval Application

Implemented a WMD xFlow solution that enabled an invoice approval process.

Managed an internal and external team in the implementation of this SAP add-on solution. This solution enabled scanning of inbound documents, OCR, approval processes, and preparation of invoices for booking.
Implementing this solution process of receiving an invoice to payment decreased from ten to three days. All documents are securely stored and available to document owners for review.

BaanERP Implementation

Implemented the logistic modules of BaanERP (Infor LN).

As a functional consultant, I implemented the BaanERP solution at company Metalac. My role was to analyze existing processes, propose future solutions, customize and set up ERP solutions, ensure proper testing, migration, and cutover activities.

Microsoft SharePoint Implementation

Implemented standard SharePoint solution and expanded it with customer requirements

I managed several SharePoint implementations and upgrades.
Besides standard company portal implementation, we developed a register of inbound/outbound paper documentation.
This enabled scanning all input documents and forwarding electronic versions to the document receiver upon their approval.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation

Oversaw the in-house implementation of Microsoft CRM sales functionalities.

I managed implementation projects as a project manager and as a solution architect. I designed a solution that would enable our company internally to manage company prospects, contacts, and opportunities.

Quotation Tool

Managed the architecture and build of a quotation tool for SKF as a global solution.

A calculation tool that enables the sales team to prepare their proposal with complex calculations on all price levels and margins.

The system was connected to a global network of production sites that provided real-time data. The tool enabled sales reps to do all calculations and calculate what-if scenarios, finally placing orders in manufacturing systems across the globe.
The system became the preferred application in the corporate landscape and was part of the global transformation and implementation of SAP ERP.

Project Management for ERP Evaluation

Evaluated existing solutions performed. Mapped and documented all processes across the organization. Did ERP requirement gathering and reporting automation. Built the ERP solution architecture and implemented partner selection.

The PMO team was assembled to challenge existing ERP implementation. The management already decided to stop the project and select different ERP solutions. A PMO team was formed to evaluate existing implementations, challenge potential solutions, and prepare project teams for future products.

As part of it, process mapping was performed, and all processes were documented. Requirements were gathered across the organization.
Architectural decisions were made, and a preferred implementing partner was selected, thus concluding the engagement.
