  • Organizational Agile at Scale Transformation
    Implemented an in-house Agile at scale framework that fitted the bank's needs and context.

    • Led a +300 people team with the Agile at scale transformation by establishing and monitoring a transformation roadmap while working together with other Agile coaches.

    • Coached an entire organization to successfully apply Scrum from C-level executives to product owners, developers, UX designers, and more.

    • Reduced and minimized the teams' waste while improving their performance in 60% of velocity increase.

    • Worked closely with testing and the DevSecOps teams to robust automated tests and smooth deployments, performing a biweekly deployment after each sprint.

  • Delivering a Critical Application
