UNIQA
- Led a scrum team responsible for the rollout of the myUNIQA plus Bonus program, which was the key factor behind the growth in adoption of the myUNIQA self-service portal in 2022 (from around 400,000 to almost 500,000 users).
- Oversaw a successful migration to AWS Cloud and adoption of Lean CI/CD principles, from once-per-week deployments in 2021 to several deployments per day in 2022, adjusting ways of working accordingly.
- Used the design sprint process to re-imagine the electronic inbox feature and facilitated the user story mapping workshop for the travel confirmation feature, increasing the team's agency and input during backlog creation.
- Organized three in-person team-building sessions in Austria and Slovakia spanning several days and two remote team-building sessions during the pandemic to make the team gel better.
- Facilitated the effort to adopt DORA metrics tracking, leading to its successful implementation in 2022.
- Performed team health checks to identify performance gaps, conducted regular 1:1 sessions applying GROW coaching framework leading to self-sufficiency within the team.

- Joined the team as a scrum master, then promoted to delivery manager role following a series of successful releases for the Vanguard UK platform, taking ownership of other FNZ projects, including SutorBank and OLB.
- Set up a practice of performing BDD sessions during backlog refinement, leading to a drastic reduction in defect density and subsequent practice adoption by the remaining three Vanguard UK teams.
- Saw the Vanguard platform get voted UK’s number one direct-to-consumer wealth management platform by Which? Magazine 2020.

- Ran up to nine different website design and build projects at any given time, sharing the responsibilities of a proxy product owner (writing user stories with acceptance criteria), scrum master, and project manager (reporting on profitability).
- Owned projects end-to-end from initial scoping and assisting with drafting the SOW documents to delivering the actual work, borrowing from Agile methodologies whenever the contractual agreement with the client allowed for it.

Vanguard UK

Introduced the practice of facilitating BDD sessions as part of backlog refinement, dramatically reducing the defect rate on the project, leading the other three teams to adopt the practice as well.
Coached each team member during regular 1-to-1 sessions, providing missing context and support, eventually reaching a sense of self-sufficiency within the team, underscored by a steadily improving performance.
Germany's Top 10 Energy Provider
Launched a brand new energy platform in Germany in January 2018, enabling them to compete nationwide.
Coordinated a talented team of seven, including UX and UI designers and web and mobile developers, working closely with the management consulting branch of Oliver Wyman to transform how the client now operates their business day-to-day.
Worked closely with the client, traveling to meet them in Germany every three weeks during sprint ceremonies to demonstrate the work and plan upcoming sprints.
