I managed an Agile team as a scrum master and project manager. The full-stack team consisted of UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and mobile and web developers working on deploying a high-value platform for members. The platform enabled scheduling medical services, consulting with doctors, receiving critical information and updates regarding COVID-19, securely retrieving HIPPA-compliant personal medical data, and navigating all services, departments, and offices.

Launched an iOS and Android mobile order and delivery application for Minor Food Group's flagship restaurant based in Thailand.

I managed the project from inception to the first production delivery with an Agile team of two designers, two QAs, one DevOps, and four developers. With millions of downloads, nearly one million MAUs, and 4.5 stars on Google Play and 4.9 stars on App Store, it is one of Thailand's most active mobile delivery apps and one of the highest-rated independent delivery apps.

Mula-X Payment Gateway

Delivered Bangkok-based Mula-X Holdings Thailand's payment gateway service, integrating multiple third-party platforms, applications, and services to provide a seamless fintech experience for users across various products.

I coordinated directly with the CIO to assume ownership of all the code and documentation to bring the service under the company's IT umbrella. The ongoing project's continued development, testing, and CI/CD activities were necessary to ensure that mobile on-demand and bulk transactional operations managed financial traffic to and from all attached services securely, accurately, and efficiently and complied with all local and international financial rules and regulations.
