Acted as PM/Scrum Master to lead discovery of features for startup customer's dating security app. This was a Toptal project and in addition to the delivery manager, included two developers, a cybersecurity expert and a designer. During this time we succesfully worked with the customer to define user experience, user interface and technical approach. We also produced an estimated and priioritized product backlog prior to execution. I also taught the customer (and at least one team member) the basics of Agile.
