Change Management for New Enrollment Platform

Owned a major implementation of a student portal and chatbot from a change management perspective, covering strategic communications and training plans that impacted 65,000 people.

As the change management lead on a country-level, I planned and executed the change management activities in support of the new operating model. In this role, I developed and delivered communications, supported overall business readiness activities, and developed and delivered an associated training plan based on the new operating model and processes.

Site Redesign for Car Manufacturer

Managed and launched a full site redesign for a US website, including the latest version of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Acted as the program and project manager for a software engineer design project that included building and testing web-based applications and editing site content for various components using a content management system (CMS). The CMS enabled users to create and manage web pages, add and edit content, and upload and remove documents.

I ensured that the team maintained website standards, complied with predefined design guidelines, and utilized best practices in web screen design. I led the team to learn and use different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in the functional requirements.

Digital Omnichannel Platform

This platform was presented during MWC Barcelona 2017 and well received by multiple technology companies.

The project started as a confidential effort to develop a top-notch digital platform for telecommunications clients that needed an omnichannel application. As the scrum master and project manager, I was responsible for UX/UI team performance; HTML team performance; and BA support for the full development life cycle, including but not limited to planning, execution, and release.
