PowerBI Data Analytics Integration
Led multiple teams to launch PowerBI dashboards involving several sources of data and channels. The goal of the project was to showcase & analyze financial OKRs like budget variance, CAPEX, OPEX forecasts and risk auditing.
Each source channel was represented by one team and the release train consisted of multiple scrum teams. I ran scrum of scrums, PO syncs and conventional scrum ceremonies and supported teams in removing blockers and tracking progress towards the goal
Gaming Tournament Online Platform
Launched an online tournament platform/website where Call of Duty Warzone players are able to register and participate to win cash prizes.
Led discovery phase, scoping sessions, and built a team of developers, designers, and a tester to launch an MVP and then move to a continuous release cycle.

Samsung S10 Launch
Led multiple teams with aggressive timelines for delivering a new trade-in business model for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S10 range of smartphones.
Delivered a time-critical large complex project involving new third parties for the launch of Samsung S10 mobile in Sweden and Spain as a pilot.
Led a successful reviews project in 12 markets resulting in an increase of customer reviews across TVs, mobiles, and other consumer electronics in the Samsung range across Europe.
Managed and analyzed requirements for trade-in partner change for Samsung mobiles globally.

Nestle Dolce Gusto Transformation
Led and launched globally direct to consumer eCommerce websites for Nestle Dolce Gusto brands. The launch involved 58 markets in two years on the Magento platform. Awarded the Nestle Excellence Award for outstanding project management.
While at Nestle, I defined the project strategy and plan, and I implemented the roadmap for the eCommerce re-platforming and front-end redesign (£15 million) of Magento and AEM websites in 58 markets.

Selfridges Infrastructure Upgrade
Led a DevOps team for upgrading a legacy eCommerce system in the IBM Websphere to a more stable, newer version of the platform in time for the Christmas season peak at Selfridges.
Managed a team of DevOps (agency) as a delivery manager to support the peak readiness program at Selfridges (client).
Managed risks and tracked progress on the complete roadmap for Christmas by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Unblocked impediments and technical issues by getting support from the right people within the agency and at Selfridges.

New Look eCommerce Features
Led as the project manager and agile coach for scrum teams to release high business value every month across a range of areas including performance, contextual search, mobile apps, and new features of the New Look website platform.
Full end to end project ownership for eCommerce portfolio for Hybris, CRM, and UI
including planning, governance, reporting, and tracking.

Specsavers Decoupling Project
Delivered a technically complex project in 11 countries for decoupling of the eCommerce website of Specsavers into independent front-end and back-end platforms in AEM and Drupal respectively. This led to a much higher performance of the websites.
Managed an agile team of six people to decouple all 11 websites in Europe and Asia as part of the release pipeline releasing every two weeks.
Reported to the head of project management with progress updates through burn down charts, backlog health and risks, and blockers.
Coached multiple teams on Scrum and how to transition from Waterfall to Agile in small companies.
Protein World GDPR Compliance Project
Delivered a time critical GDPR project to make Protein World's websites compliant before the deadline.
Managed a team of developers and testers at Wunderman (agency) to develop changes to the Protein World website in Magento in order for it to be GDPR compliant.
Liaised with the client and internal legal team to ensure changes are scoped in the project and are within agreed timelines.
Carried estimation sessions with the team for accurately estimating the stories in the project.
Led all scrum ceremonies and had one to one retrospective feedback as well.
Delivered a CRM integration with an eCommerce platform; delivered a compliance project for GDPR; and led the discovery phase, implementation, and support.

Scope included customizing various payment provider APIs within Magento to support different payment methods and 3D security.
Shanti Travel and Tours
Launched http://www.shantitravel.com. Improved business processes by evaluating as-is and drafting to-be processes using BPM.
I managed a team of developers and testers for website development. Also managed external partners for QA and ran discovery workshops to gather user journeys and requirements. Finally, I conducted a SWOT analysis of the product and drove actions based on the analysis.

Launched a fully scalable platform for booking travel and accommodation for wholesale hospitality suppliers, using a "smart" engine approach.
Managed a team of five developers, two testers, and a BA from discovery to implementation and hyper care. Created an MVP and liaised with third parties to develop the full product. The 6-month project launched on time and within budget.
Emageon Heartsuite (now Merge Healthcare)
Ran a discovery workshop and implementation of a complex imaging scanning system project that used AI to detect problems and focus areas on MRI and CAT scans
The platform scanned imaging files from MRI and CAT scan systems to mark focus areas on a patient's file in a central repository. Any hospital in the US could utilize that information to generate a medical report.
This was one of the first centralized healthcare repositories developed in the US.
