Private Telecom Network

Led a government infrastructure program from the construction to closing phase for six years (Waterfall).

The program's purpose was to build a closed private telecommunication network for IDDEEA to provide its services to the public and other government institutions to efficiently perform their tasks. Over the years, as the network grew, there were additional projects to increase the existing network's availability, reliability, and security.

Enterprise Infrastructure Management System

Managed the program and led a fully remote development team working on different projects and features for three years using Agile and Scrum in a fast-paced environment.

A custom-made, web-based portal designed and built to help employees increase performance.

• Facilitated Scrum events and reported program progress. Planned and facilitated releases, managing multiple project timelines and budgets.

Mobile Apps
