Transaction Management Platform

Oversaw the scoping, development, testing, and launch of a real estate transaction platform with blockchain recordings.

I built and launched a transaction management platform that enables online international real estate transactions according to local laws and regulations.

The solution enabled multiple participants to be invited and to collaborate in the same workspace securely. All actions performed by the participants in the deal were recorded and stored on the Ethereum blockchain network, based on the predefined conditions and incorporated in the smart contracts developed for the particular transaction.

The project's main challenge was researching all of the potential workflows for the transactions, concerning local regulations and to make them available for users.

Our building process frames achieved that by containing flexible templates. This feature enabled a deal facilitator to invite all required participants as buyers, sellers, solicitors, title companies, agents, brokers, and other administrative roles and upload all necessary documents so that the deal was legally binding.

Having everything recorded on the Ethereum blockchain network was the greatest achievement of this project. We delivered the final product after integration with digital signature providers and several payment providers as part of the scope.

Loan Management Platform

Led the launch of a loan management platform (and all necessary integrations) into the Cameroonian market.

I built and launched a loan management platform in partnership with largest Cameroonian telecom.

Project Details:
• Integrated with a telecom's data warehouse.
• Coordinated the setup of the entire virtual infrastructure in a local data center.
• Integrated with a local call center that was responsible for support of the service.
• Built interfaces for all required actions that the CSR would perform.

Led development and Launch of New Product model, based on separate Lines of Business for telecom.

I changed the foundation of the billing system from a wireless system into a system that can support any product (wireless, VoIP, boxes, HIS, TV, third parties, and GLP). Along with replacing existing business processes with new ones to support the new lines of business, I deployed recurring charge (RC) indexation and flexible SIM/MSISDN coupling CRs. I also proposed a strategy for introducing a CRM and billing system to company dealers.

The application was based on the following logical blocks:
• Sign-up Module: A customer could sign-up with a name and an email account. The email account was verified.
• Terms and Conditions of the Application: Customers were willingly giving access to their mobile history data, device data, and the data collected by partners.
• Centers (Utility Bills Collector): Implemented to obtain scoring.
• What is a Finscore Application?: Pictographically explained the benefits of the service.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) Module: It contained MSISDN (verified by SMS), personal data, Income data, and address.
• File Upload Functionality: A customer was able to upload a picture of a personal ID and a selfie.
• Device Data-gathering Library
• Scoring Module: It was able to visualize customer credit ratings.
