Managed the software and design teams with staff in Australia, the Philippines, and Thailand to realize a complete overhaul and rewrite of the company's core online platform. The original platform was written using obsolete technology and web forms. After the rewrite, the new, improved platform saw significant UI improvements and loading speed gains of over 10 times.
