Managed the team that was providing strategic guidance and implementation support for the VA OIT’s DevSecOps Transformation Office and overseeing 26 change teams comprised of 250 volunteers across 7 pillar organizations within OIT.

I created a DevOps maturity roadmap that encapsulates continuous testing, integration, deployment, proactive monitoring and security testing, configuration management, and infrastructure as code. I also instituted a lean-agile governance model for multiple product portfolios and enterprise-level change requirements.

Our results included a better flow of product development processes, increased operational efficiencies in implementing change team deliverables, and improved collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
