Project History

WM Product Rollout in the EMEA Region

Managed a team of 15-20 developers across various regions to successfully roll out and launch a waste management (WM) product in the EMEA region on time.

I served as the project lead and scrum master from the vendor perspective, delivering valuable data-backed outcomes. I also managed and built two new cross-functional, self-organized, performing teams across various regions.

During the project, I interacted with the product owner to create user stories for enhancements and prioritization and coached the team on new technology and the Agile methodology. I leveraged the existing CI/CD pipeline for project delivery and worked on highlighting issues and risks, focusing on quick resolutions. I also became the single point of contact for handling deliverables, status reports, and escalations from a customer perspective.

Disaggregation of Opportunity Services

Handled and delivered the challenging technical transformation of a healthcare pharmacy project while transitioning from the Waterfall to Agile methodologies.

I was part of the guiding coalition that created the project's Agile transition roadmap, broken into multiple products and teams with strict timelines. As the scrum master of one of the products, I handled vendor teams to provide training and establish new working guidelines, practices, and norms. I also served as technical lead, guiding the team toward building microservices for an existing monolithic product. This included interactions with multiple tech teams to enable further transformation projects.

The project laid the foundation for future Agile releases, and the retrospectives and survey helped streamline practices and build the mindset. I received numerous client appreciation awards for my dedication and achievement.

Administrative Console Supporting Active-Active Data Centers

Designed and guided the development team in building an administrative software to help route applications from one data center to another.

As the technical architect and team lead, I designed the technical stack, requirements, and description of a key component to support performance routing, swinging, and viewing on both data centers. I interacted with multiple technical teams to create the requirements, design, and integrate with the software application. I also guided the development team to the end state and final rollout of an extensively used product to support the project's active-active design.
