A bank that has a complex and disparate system landscape generally has an inconsistent user experience across all its channels. This project's intent was to streamline and make more consistent the client experience through the creation of E2E journeys and the selection of a vendor platform that would support them.

Retail Credit Transformation

Led the integration of an SAP-centric solution in a mortgage origination and fulfillment legacy system landscape.

Led the delivery of all integration components of the SAP CRM solution in the home equity finance business, including API integration and reporting for legacy systems. Also, I oversaw technical and non-technical teams and created status reports.

Voice-over IP Telephony

Led the design, architecture, and implementation of a voice-over IP telephony solution.

Broadband telephony solution that allowed for wireless and landline interoperability. I implemented various projects from inception to implementation using Waterfall project management to implement deliverables.

Mobile Device Binding

Led the linkage of mobile devices to users to allow for fraud detection and to secure identity.
