I managed a team of mobile and front-end engineers to deliver the revamping project on time. It involved resolving dependency, spearheading the backlog refinement and planning with the teams, and assisting product managers in better aligning high-level objectives with the company directives. I also handled stakeholder management with the company’s other business units and entities.
New Grocery Vertical
Launched multiple new features in the grocery vertical from curb-side pickup to reward tier systems on a food tech app.
I managed three squads with cross-functional capabilities, handling dependencies, ceremonies, stories, epics, and product scope definition. I also managed the different stakeholder inputs when it came to quarterly OKR planning.
