Project History
Revamping App and Web
Revamped Rain's mobile app and website with improved UX/UI elements and user-centric features.
I managed a team of mobile and front-end engineers to deliver the revamping project on time. It involved resolving dependency, spearheading the backlog refinement and planning with the teams, and assisting product managers in better aligning high-level objectives with the company directives. I also handled stakeholder management with the company’s other business units and entities.
New Grocery Vertical
Launched multiple new features in the grocery vertical from curb-side pickup to reward tier systems on a food tech app.
I managed three squads with cross-functional capabilities, handling dependencies, ceremonies, stories, epics, and product scope definition. I also managed the different stakeholder inputs when it came to quarterly OKR planning.
DSTV Now App
Revamped the DSTV Now mobile app to deliver a better user experience.
I managed the mobile teams that consisted of iOS and Android developers. This included conducting team ceremonies and handling all dependencies with other teams. I also worked closely with product owners to refine the backlog and get clear direction from management and stakeholders on what needed to be revamped.
Banking Integrations
Assisted banks to be compliant with regulatory needs.
I managed multiple teams to assist in planning product backlog to meet regulatory deadlines. This required a lot of stakeholder engagements and dependencies with internal teams that required unforeseen scope changes to meet the deadline.
