I designed the end-to-end solution architecture for Australia Post using OneView Commerce for a unified commerce approach delivering a retail-as-a-service solution, headless apps, and cloud solutions. Focusing on transactions management, products and services, promotions, cash management, back end, financial processing, and integrations.
Digital Fabric Transformation: Cashless and Identity Management Solutions for Gaming and Non-Gaming
I also assisted in end-to-end solutions architecture and design of the proposed closed-loop digital wallet payments ecosystems for gaming and non-gaming ecosystems. We started by evaluating the pros and cons of open-loop, closed-loop, or restricted closed-loop systems and brainstorming the use of digital EMV cards, NFC tags, and RFIDs across numerous Agile workshops. We focused on digital ledger solutions using EonX payments services residing on the AWS Cloud platform, where the front-end and customer wallets account were linked. In addition, we handled data integration to internal gaming and non-gaming customers and loyalty management platforms residing on the Azure Cloud platform services, on-premise data centers, and Salesforce CRM.
Furthermore, I provided improvements to the Azure microservices architecture.
