Handled the credit card invoice import into a proprietary system for reconciliation of expenses and integration with Oracle EBS: accounting entries (GL) and invoice for payment (AP).

Integrated databases and files with a FLEXCUBE ERP using Oracle Data Integrator. Mapped the interfaces, implemented, and defined the best practices and customizations.

Integrated telecommunication network telemetry data from different tech databases into the customer's system. The imported data enters the lower level of the network topology every hour and also stores the summarized data in daily tables and at the higher levels of the topology. There are also formulas whose values are calculated at load-time and stored at all levels. Data is made available to the application through queries assembled by database routines at runtime.

Made improvements in the payment process of the cost per use of power transmission lines by withdrawing or reducing analysis and manual actions needs.

This was an external product that was used to download and digitally read the collection documents and generate spreadsheets which are then imported into the system. The system makes a consistency between the values and due dates defined by the responsible organ and the collection documents. This information (that once used to be analyzed and manually entered) are then passed forward into the process—saving a lot of time. Collection documents that once needed to be printed for conference and payment are now kept digitized and archived at the end of the process—bringing environmental sustainability to the process.
