Salesforce and MuleSoft Replacements for Legacy Systems

This project involves setting up Salesforce and MuleSoft to replace legacy systems. I implemented MuleSoft and API-led connectivity to replace batch flows with real-time data. I transported and implemented Salesforce B2C Commerce and Salesforce CPQ and connected them to ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zuora, and SQL Server databases. Finally, I set up the OAuth 2 authentication for external clients, the basic authentication for inter API communication, and a connection between Splunk and MuleSoft for monitoring.

Client Rewards Program for a Food Retail Company

I was in charge of the implementation of API-led connectivity with MuleSoft to connect SAP with Salesforce, Maxxing (a retail software ), and Selligent (a marketing automation platform ). We used AnypointMQ for persistence. All the flows are asynchronous, with a custom message replay strategy in case of technical or identified functional errors.
