SCM Platform for Maersk

Engaged with the business and enterprise architect to understand the functional and technical roadmap and drove the implementation of the platform strategy and defined principles.

I developed cloud principles for the new platform, migrated existing applications, and managed the adoption process. I also built the cloud platform to manage the infrastructure required for the business application supporting the industry.
