CPQ to Oracle ERP Order Management Implementation

An American global system designer and manufacturer needed to integrate CPQ with Oracle ERP so that quote data from CPQ flowed seamlessly to Oracle ERP to create orders. The integration allowed end users to create quotes in CPQ consisting of part lines, bills of materials, and dealer information. Upon clicking a button in CPQ, the Oracle Integration Cloud Service API is triggered to create a file-based data import (FBDI) with header, line, address, charges, and lot information. Once an order is completed, the order status flows back to CPQ seamlessly.
