Passenger Railroad Company CRM

I built a CRM system for a railroad company with multiple separate software tools already in use.

The project involved:
• Creating a system from scratch.
• Connecting to multiple Web APIs to save purchased tickets.
• Saving every sale and use of tickets.
• Catering for all customer support.
• Connecting to BI to visualize and manage sales and prices.

We completed the project in seven months as a team of only two members. The resulting app has proved to be very effective; now, every process in the whole company passes through the CRM system, which has been in operation for its third year. The system receives continuous support and has grown due to new needs and ideas from managers.

Pharmaceutical Company CRM

I created a custom-made CRM to cater to a company that sells medical equipment. The implementation took eight months, with me working as the sole developer.

The project involved:
• Supporting the sales department in selling dental equipment to dentists.
• Handling marketing campaigns through exhibitions and emails.
• Providing a support, repair, and maintenance system for sold equipment.
• Connecting to financial and HR systems.
• Providing BI dashboards for managers.
• Migrating data from previous CRMs.

The project consisted of different phases, of which the support phase was the most complicated due to the various complex processes the company presented.

Before I started working on this system, the company had three unsuccessful CRM implementations, so they were skeptical about the power and usefulness of a CRM. Therefore, one of the primary initial challenges was to prove my ability to run the project successfully this time.
