The implementation includes 3D HighRes-net using TensorFlow. The tool is able to parcellate anatomical brain sites and calculate the volume of each parcellated site and the total brain volume.

Medical Transcription and Dictation Bot Using Medical NLP using cTAKES

A virtual medical assistant for medical transcription and dictation.

The bot uses a medical NLP engine based on cTAKES and converts the unstructured text to a structured medical record. The bot also can retrieve medical history from structured records via APIs.

Design and Develop General-purpose DLP 3D Printer

Designed and developed a general-purpose DLP 3D printer.

The 3D printer can print with less than 50 um in XY and less than 10 um Z direction. It automatically adjusts the building setup using an extended robotic platform to adjust the DLP projector height and position.

Advanced Voltage Control Using Pulse Frequency Modulation for Electroporation Device

This was a research project to develop a cell electroporation device as a targeted drug delivery platform.

The algorithm was developed to control the pore size depending on the modulated electrical pulse.
