The app allows users to generate their annual tax returns, make an appointment with a tax advisor, and access the tax-related resource library. I designed the solution, defined the architecture, and developed the back end.
ACCA Admin Panel for EY
An ASP.NET core solution augmented by robotic process automation (RPA) for real-time management of ACCA qualifications throughout the whole CESA region in EY. The solution allows ACCA students to file exam requests. Each request is screened against corporate policies (multi-configurable policies for each country), and upon approval, the request is submitted by RPA to the official ACCA platform. Results of the exams are fed in the platform by a batch SSIS job running based on the official results of the ACCA exams. I have designed, developed, and maintained solutions for more than two years.
RPA for Eurobank Serbia
Initiated, designed, and delivered a full-scale robotic process automation project for a major local bank in Serbia-Eurobank. Assisted the client in choosing business processes for automation, including the booking of salaries (including ABBY OCR), bills of exchange registration (a multi-stage process involving OCR), standing orders execution, and financial reports automation.
The project involved a CoE set-up that lasted less than six months and achieved significant FTE reduction.
