Using Ansible and Python, I have automated infra provisioning and configured Hortonworks data platform with Hadoop and other data platform software.

Before this automation, it took three to six months to create a new data platform for the operations team, which involved creating AD accounts, generating new domains, provisioning new infra/compute, and installing and security hardening the Hadoop clusters.
After automating all the manual tasks, developers can create new Hadoop clusters on their own, which will be available in 6-12 hours, depending on the cluster size and configuration.

A self-service application that will help developers create repositories, branches, and CI/CD for their projects. I also helped my team to maintain a work-life balance and eliminated manual work.

TOOLS

A synthetic traffic generator for generating traffic similar to the end user environment, which is being executed outside our organization's infrastructure.
Tech stack:
• Testim (UI testing tool) - I have created multiple test cases for executing test cases based on schedule (every five mins) using test tenants that also send metrics/results to the web service.
• .NET application deployed on Kubernetes to capture test metrics/results.
• Kusto to store metrics and generate dashboards to help in monitoring.
