Implementation of SLA System for Aztec
A SQL-based solution that monitored automated file generation logs and raised notifications if an agreed SLA was missed. Depending on the configuration, this notification would alert development, business, and third-party teams via email.
Implementation of CRM Migration Process
A set of SQL-stored procedures and functions was leveraged by a .NET application used to migrate customers from the CRM legacy system to a new in-house built one. The stored procedures and configuration allowed us to determine how many records would be migrated at a time and contained a mechanism to prevent records from being sent multiple times. The stored procedures followed business rules and criteria for considering the records that would be migrated.
Implementation of an SSRS Default Parameters Management System
A .NET-based solution used to manage the default parameters of all the SSRS reports of the company. The application would sync the SSRS report catalog and the respective reports filters into its database. Then users could define the default values on a given report to display when it opens. This application enabled two different types of values for the report parameters "available values" and "default values."
Implementation of Interface Between FRACTAL System and AS/400
A SQL-based solution used to register new FRACTAL employees into the AS/400 system and sync the employee ID back from AS/400 to FRACTAL. Interacted with the AS/400 technician to implement a compliant solution with the company's policies.
Implementation of Facebook and Google Analytics interface for Qlikview
A .NET-based application that created a local web service that allowed Qlikview to connect to Facebook and Google Analytics and use their APIs to extract data. This was a self-generated initiative to eliminate manual tasks of going into the Google Analytics platform and pulling data for different sites; and, on the Facebook side, pulling the number of likes/fans of some pages.
