Cloud Support for Large Retail Companies
Support operations that I provided to large customers, acting as a trusted advisor regarding cloud management solutions. I supported cloud environments in retail electronics companies and fashion and jewelry clients with more than a million dollars spent in monthly cloud costs. The supported environments and technologies included API gateways, Amazon EKS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implementation Observability with Dynatrace and Datadog
The replacement of the Dynatrace solution with Datadog for a big retailer in Brazil. I was involved in managing the cloud team that conducted the replacement. The customer used Dynatrace to monitor some services unsatisfactorily, given the high costs the solution entailed. As a result, I agreed with the internal product team to deliver a new solution to the client at a fairer cost to cover 100 services on the cloud.
Resource Migration on Azure
The migration of Azure data services with a data engineer to deliver a new structure on Azure. The resources were initially built as part of a proof of concept and later used in the production environment, making it challenging to organize, automate, and manage costs.
