Owning SAP FICO management and the implementation of SAP Funds Management and Data Migration in the FICO module, I ensured the smooth migration of data from multiple legacy systems to SAP using data conversion tools like BODS. I was also accountable for managing a team of three members and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.

To prepare for the migration, I mapped the source data and fields to the target systems, conducted business workshops to educate users, and worked with technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements. I also designed appropriate data migration solutions, including transformation routines when necessary, and developed data conversion programs with the technical team.

Once the data extraction and transformation were complete, I loaded the data into SAP using the appropriate tools and reconciled it with the source system to ensure accuracy. I also conducted pre- and post-load validation of the migration results, handled dropouts, and advised on data cleansing requirements.

Finally, I worked on the project's realization and integration phases, ensuring the successful migration and the new system's full integration with the organization's processes.

As the leader of the S/4 Hana project and data migration for the FICO module, I spearheaded the functional and technical team members ensuring the successful delivery of FICO and REFX objects.

Working closely with technical consultants, I analyzed the data migration requirements and designed appropriate solutions, including transformation routines when necessary. I used various tools, including BODS, SAP LSMW, and SAP Data Services solutions, to build, test, execute, and manage data migrations.

To ensure the accuracy of the migration results, I also conducted both pre- and post-load validation, handled dropouts, and advised on data cleansing requirements. I worked on the project's realization and integration phases, ensuring that implementing FICO, Funds Management, Treasury, PSCD, REFX, and Cash and Liquidity Management was successful.

Overall, I worked with legacy systems such as SAP BODS, Oracle, ETL, and SQL tools for data migrations, bringing my extensive technical expertise to bear on the project.

I supported multiple Ras-Al Khaimah Government Departments, including Finance, Municipality, Civil Aviation, and other major departments, ensuring the smooth running of SAP FICO, PSCD, Funds Management, and Treasury systems.

As a team lead, I managed day-to-day support, rollouts, greenfield implementation, and systems' integration with BCM (Bank Communication Management), IDOC, payment files with SWIFT, and third-party systems through API integrations. I integrated SAP FI with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), HR (Human Resources), and Travel Management, ensuring all systems were fully aligned.

I implemented greenfield on-premise S/4 Hana 1809, acting as a solution architect and FICO lead. I also prepared AS-IS, TO BE, and business process documents, carried out unit test plans and user acceptance testing, prepared user training manuals, imparted end-user training, performed data migration activities, and provided go-live and post-go-live support.

I also addressed and resolved day-to-day system issues and bugs from end-users, supporting change requests, service requests, and daily business incidents, ensuring systems' complete alignment with the organization's business goals and objectives.

Overall, my role involved managing a team, implementing various SAP modules, and providing solutions for complex business scenarios related to real estate sales and leasing.

As a team leader, I managed a team of five members, overseeing their day-to-day support activities and any rollouts or implementation projects. One of these projects included performing a greenfield implementation of SAP FICO, Funds Management, Treasury, and REFX for an S/4 Hana 1608 project. During this assignment, I was responsible for implementing IFRS-15 to recognize customer revenue for real estate sales and leasing.

I also provided solutions to complex business scenarios related to leasing and sales of real estate buildings to clients. I supported companies across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, investments, and dairy firms. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation of Treasury with Cash and Liquidity Forecast and FICO, REFX, and MM modules.

Finally, I handled cross-company code scenarios and provided post-go-live support for 42 companies.

I delivered various cash flow, liquidity, and funds management reports. These reports include cash flow reports representing cash inflows and outflows during a selected period, historical cash and liquidity monthly reports, historical cash monthly reports, historical daily cash and liquidity reports, and historical daily cash reports.

I also conducted gathering workshops to collect business requirements for FICO, Funds Management, and Treasury. I prepared AS-IS, TO BE, and BBP documents per the client's business processes and created process flow charts. I extensively worked on the realization and integration phases, integrating SAP FICO with Materials Management and Human Resource Management, as well as with Travel Management and Funds Management.

Furthermore, I implemented the extended Global Extension 607 suitable for UAE and developed relevant ABAP reports for the annual budget requirements. These reports include department budget uploads month-wise, automated consolidation of department budgets, workflow approval levels for organization levels, an approved yearly budget report showing month-wise, and a report monitoring the utilization of the department's annual budget.

The Treasury modules included customizing the business processes related to commercial papers and term loans.

For the Funds Management modules, the work involved preparing AS-IS, TO BE, and business blueprint documents based on the client's business processes. I configured Funds Management under Budget Control System (BCS) according to the client's business processes, integrated various modules like MM, SD, HR, DBM, and GTS, created unit test scripts for FM transaction codes, and delivered integration testing. I also prepared functional specifications to meet the client's business requirements, carried out year-end closing activities, created end-user manuals, established roles and authorizations, and cutover templates for master and transactional data.

For the Financial Accounting modules, I configured General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Accounts Payable and mapped business processes. I also integrated FI and MM, established roles and authorizations, and prepared user acceptance testing scripts and SAP tutors.

In the Treasury Management modules, I carried out the following tasks:
• End-to-end handling of loans and investments processes, including creating masters for loan closure and investments. This involved approvals through workflow, loan withdrawals, interest calculations, arrears due, and repayment of loans.
• Preparation of functional specifications for each process to map business requirements.
• Conducting key user training and preparation of end-user manuals.
• Cutover activities to update transactional data.

In terms of significant developments, I delivered:
• Cash flow reports representing cash inflows and outflows made for selected periods.
• Running accounts bill used for booking expenses incurred for works done and for its payment.
