Handled all 3rd-party logistics and EDI communications from SAP S/4HANA using SAP CPI.

I was involved in architecting and designing workshops to ensure the requirements were digested into the corresponding specifications before handing them over to the system integrators (SI). I worked closely with the SI onshore and offshore teams of around 20 members to deliver solutions to the business within budget. I also handled all EEMEA and ASPAC integrations and remediation works raised because of the global system that was set up.

Led the delivery of various projects involving systems for manufacturing execution, trade marketing, logistics execution, and warehouse management, including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, CRM applications, Coupa, and SAP ECC for various global markets.

Around 80 odd markets were involved. I collaborated with an 80-member team to set up the global template for integrations with local market legacy systems, staying within the tight budget allocated for the integration stream. I also conducted workshops, working closely with respective business stakeholders to capture and convert all the requirements into the desired formats per SI needs.

Additionally, I owned the delivery of various greenfield projects using the SI, with very few hiccups. I was also part of the COE integration team, which was a massive feeder in establishing the practice and its team.

Designed and delivered interface solutions within the One British Gas estate as part of the service technologies team.

I articulated IT solutions by collaborating closely with the business. I suggested and presented the advantages of new technologies that suited the business. Additionally, I worked closely with SAP UK in upgrading to new versions and designing interfaces for the Centrica landscape, which was quite a challenging task involving a lot of customizations.

Handled integration solution delivery as a SAP PI lead, designing and developing high-performing interfaces that considered the emergency SLAs using the Advanced Adapter Engine.

I analyzed XI designs and redesigned interfaces to avoid performance issues. I also integrated legacy systems with SAP PM and ensured that all transactional data flowed into it as the central repository. Additionally, I performed a complex integration to configure SAP communications with Syclo and Click.

Managed the XI/PI implementation, providing weekly task status updates to the service delivery manager.

I oversaw object allocation to team members and status calls from team leads and conducted team meetings with members to monitor the status of objects assigned. I was also involved in gathering requirements for the initial blueprint phase interfaces.

Additionally, I set up RFC destinations, ports, and the partner profiles' logical systems to transfer the data to SAP XI, mapping the segments with the XI structure using XSLT and Stylus Studio. Next, I configured the XI system, defining the system landscape, sender and receiver agreements, and sender and receiver queues. I also monitored the messages and handled troubleshooting. Finally, I ensured all interfaces met CMMI standards as a quality coordinator.
