I implemented the SAP S/4HANA system with AWS's private cloud and set the new system's configuration following client requirements and the Activate methodology. I also migrated the legacy data from the existing SAP ECC system to SAP S/4HANA, as the project required a bluefield implementation.

I completed the brownfield migration of the existing SAP ECC system with on-premise and pre-conversion techniques. I also converted vendors and customers into business partners and software update managers (SUM) with data migration options.

I conducted solution design workshops to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. I demonstrated SAP best business practices to primary business users to finalize the end-to-end business process.

Some of my responsibilities involved:
• Defining SAP S/4HANA sizing, system interfaces, and solutions for proposals and customer problems, arranging a customer trail to conduct financial analyses on proposed solutions.
• Running the readiness check report program /SDF/RC_START_CHECK to get a high-level analysis and a result document with details of the active business function and add-on compatibilities.
• Managing simplification items, business process analytics, and data volumes. I also applied SNOTE as per the simplification list.
• Performing a custom code analysis and fixing compatibility issues using ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC).
• Using the FINS_MIG_PRECHECK code to clean up all inconsistencies before the migration, customization, and upload of the transactional data.
• Using the maintenance planner by logging into the SMP to check our instance, which was licensed.

My responsibilities in the implementation process involved:
• Collecting requirements and making explanatory PowerPoint presentations and an Excel checklist for variants.
• Reviewing and getting approval of the meeting minutes after client and consultant discussions.
• Creating and reviewing business blueprints for signoff that consultants can use to complete configurations.
• Leading SAP FI, SD, MM, and PP consultants through the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA 2020 implementation project.
• Planning the project using a Gantt chart, fixing the timeline for each step, and spotting the project's bottleneck.
• Performing a fit-gap analysis essential for custom development where the standard SAP won't work out.
• Mentoring consultants to configure a universal journal and the AR, AP, BP, and CVI modules, as well as a new AA with the ledger approach or a ledger group with a different accounting principle.
