Marketplace
Started as a pilot project, where clients can advertise their products and services as value-added services in an eCommerce web portal, and the users can view the products and services during their product checkout process. The pilot project involved clients from five different countries.
My role as a QA engineer was to interact with and gather requirements from all the clients, develop test plans and test cases, perform the testing, and sign off the product for release.
The project was of high priority with very short duration as this can be used to attract other clients to the marketplace. I delivered this project on time without any defects, which brought more clients to the organization.

US Loan Process
Eight service providers were partnering with US banks to provide loans based on the customers' income tax returns, so this project involved managing the loan process for US citizens based on their income tax returns. The project was exciting as it involved different calculations and eligibility criteria for various partners. Also, I was in charge of contacting the client regarding the project requirements and delivery.
