Gift cards project for a leading Australian chain of supermarkets and grocery stores. It is an eCommerce solution that encourages customers to buy gifts in the form of gift cards for various occasions. The customers have options to purchase physical or e-cards, customized or standard ones, in an amount ranging from $5 to $500.

My responsibilities included leading the testing team of four—planning, strategy, execution, and reporting. The testing methodology adopted was Agile. I was involved in smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing with the front end.

The billing and remittance system for a leading healthcare provider (PBM) in the US. It is the downstream system of claims processing. The billing and remittance system bills the clients for the pharmacy claims processed on their behalf and pays the pharmacies and members on behalf of the PBM's clients.

The billing and remittance system deals with raising the invoices to its clients, cutting the cheques to the pharmacies and members, and generating reports for the clients, pharmacies, and members.

My responsibilities included planning, strategy, execution, and reporting for all the projects in the billing and remittance system. I coordinated the business and onshore and offshore teams and performed functional testing, regression testing, external vendor testing, and UAT support.

Claims system of a leading healthcare provider (a pharmacy benefits manager) in the US: the claims system is responsible for adjudicating the POS and manual pharmacy claims from pharmacies and members. The claims system verifies the eligibility of the members and drugs prescribed and calculates the member liability and employer liability.

My responsibilities included functional testing of major enhancements and new business data loads, regression testing of the entire claims system for each release, and integration testing of the claims system with the downstream system.
