As the only developer working for a business client, I created a full-stack project consisting of a custom recruitment system to help the client recruit a significant number of temporary staff members. This system allows collecting their resumes, automatically contacting referees, and assigning "suitability" scores based on several criteria set by the client. I created the back end as a RESTful API in Python with Django REST Framework (DRF). I integrated it with a relational MySQL database and MailChimp API to perform mass mailings. I also built the front end using React and a modified for-sale theme. I used Git and GitLab as CVS integrated a CI/CD pipeline with Travis CI.

The client used the system to recruit over 200 new employees and manage their data without increasing spending on their HR department due to the high level of process automation. This represented an estimated saving of $120,000 a year, meaning the cost of hiring three qualified HR employees.

As a part of a team, I co-created a web system to manage HR for a medium-sized company working in the consulting industry. The back end consisted of an independent REST-ful API with Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), PostgreSQL, and JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication. The front end—also built from scratch—used technologies like React, jQuery, and Ajax to asynchronously communicate with the API without the need to reload. To meet the client's rigorous expectations and customize the product, we didn't base the front end on publicly available templates.

Worked as a back-end developer for a publicly traded R&D company worth over $4 billion. I created, expanded, and fixed issues with a Django-based GraphQL API and deployed it in the infrastructure of microservices hosted on AWS Cloud.
