Designed and implemented a structured calendar system for an early-stage startup founder, reducing scheduling chaos, improving strategic focus time, and aligning cross-timezone stakeholder meetings.

This project demonstrates the transformation of a chaotic startup founder calendar into a structured, operationally efficient scheduling system.

Initial challenges included back-to-back investor and client meetings, insufficient buffer time, inconsistent time allocation, and cross-time zone conflicts, leading to burnout and reduced productivity.

I introduced a color-coded categorization system (client, internal, strategic, and investor/urgent), structured recurring leadership and strategy reviews, implemented dedicated deep-work blocks, added follow-up and transition buffers, and aligned cross-timezone meetings (with EST and APAC visibility).

The redesigned calendar improved context switching, protected strategic thinking time, enhanced the quality of meeting preparation, and created a sustainable weekly workflow structure.

This mock project reflects executive-level calendar management and operational support capabilities.

Built in Notion, the dashboard supports multi-program oversight, including IELTS preparation, scholarship training, and general English development.
