- Led the user experience team to redesign Telefonica's global entrepreneurs' network—Telefonica Open Future—working at Barrabes, a well-known digital agency in Spain that works with most of the top clients in the country.
- Supervised the entire UX design process from the ideation strategy, mood map development, user interaction specifications, user flows, and user task flows.
- Carried out user research that included usability testing, card sorting tests, wireframing, and accessibility checks while working in an agile environment.
- Managed and led the UX and product design for the Santander X Explorer Portal, a Santander Bank initiative, along with universities all over the world to create an entrepreneurial network of opportunities for young talent.
- Oversaw the entire UX design process, including industry and competitive benchmarking, UX research interviews with universities and students, wireframe and component development, information architecture, persona creation, and prototype development.
- Oversaw the user experience for the site Iberdrola U, a community that connects with young talent, creating opportunities and collaborating to develop innovative solutions to face the challenges of the energy sector.

TalkTalk UK
- Created all the planning and user experience for TalkTalk's Ultra Fibre Optic Broadband for responsive mobile, tablet, and desktop. TalkTalk was one of the few telecom companies in the UK that introduced Ultra Fibre Optic broadband to its customers.
- Designed three different sales flows for acquisition and upsell journeys, welcome center user journeys, and speed checker interface tool.
- Gathered all the text-based information on the product. Planned UX-engaging solutions. Contrasted technical, time, and budget constraints. Defined the scope, features, and functionalities.
- Defined the taxonomy and interface visual tools. Created user flows and wireframes of sale journeys. Built responsive prototypes for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

- Worked as part of a brand new team that was put together to redesign and rethink Spain's major wedding directory site, Bodaclick.
- Managed and was in charge of the UX design of the three main pillars of the portal: the wedding service client's portal, the wedding user's portal, and the wedding editorial content architecture.
- Ensured the wedding service client's portal for creating business websites was exceptionally user-friendly, recognizing that many of their clients lacked web literacy.
- Recognized that the success of the wedding service client's portal could positively impact Bodaclick's business. Actively sought out clients to enhance their business advantages.
- Created visual tools and features to help service clients see their business performance and prompt them (at the right time) with helpful tips.
- Crafted a responsive and user-friendly interface, empowering users to save inspirational content and providing functional tools for wedding planning, guest invitations, and communication with wedding providers.

- Worked at Saint@RK CR digital projects, portals, and interactive kiosks for clients like the NHS, Lloyds TSB, BBC, Visit London, LG, Lindemans, and Visit London.
- Crafted engaging user experiences for a BBC local radio interactive campaign, specifically a Valentine's Day campaign enabling users to create a network of hugs in the London area. The user could see hugs, upload a hug, and request a hug.
- Created an interface for this campaign where a map of hugs was the main and omnipresent feature of the site. Action windows with clear, step-by-step instructions would overlay the map for editing purposes.
- Developed detailed wireframes and user journeys based on persona research to show users' interactive experience.
- Led the planning and interactive strategy for Visit London My5, a digital campaign to promote the city of London through an interactive social media site where users could upload their five favorite places in London (My5s).
- Designed the interface, including an easy-to-use drag-and-drop feature and an effective tagging system for finding My5s.
- Enabled easy access to online content from external resources due to the fact that this was a user-led content site. Created user scenarios, user flows, and user journeys.
- Collaborated on a visual dashboard project for Barclays where business owners could visually see their resources and themes relevant to the industry. Defined the scope, features, and functionalities and worked on technical specifications.
- Worked on a prototype in Azure for an interactive kiosk for the NHS for women's prisons.

- Redesigned part of the homepage of the Mirror site for Newcastle. Reorganized the interface and optimized the space on the site by unclustering elements and reducing the cognitive load.
