Product Designer
Hustle
- Conducted user interviews with the product director to inform a new dialer product. Synthesized user learnings, competitive analysis, and team industry knowledge to design a product that combines calling with our messaging product.
- Established a design system to standardize Hustle's design tokens and component library across the platform. Worked directly with engineering to implement designs on an ongoing basis.
- Managed all UX/UI responsibilities for all products and features across the platform as the sole product designer, creating high-fidelity prototypes in a lean/agile development environment.
- Worked directly with the director of product and CPTO to analyze product considerations, flush out requirements, and review designs. Facilitate team brainstorming sessions, as needed, with product, engineering, and support teams.
Designer
Tech For Campaigns
- Designed the Polaris app, a call-time fundraising app for political campaigns. My work included initial discovery meetings, wireframe design, visual design, interactive prototypes, and stakeholder reviews. I also designed new features on an ongoing basis.
- Acted as the in-house designer, working on any and all internal design needs. Projects ranged from product UX research to marketing materials and social media visual design.
- Redesigned the company website as it was migrated from Drupal to Webflow.

Sterling - Verified Volunteers
- Redesigned the user online sign-up flow. Performed a comprehensive site audit to understand the existing experience, designed interactive wireframes, and conducted user tests to test assumptions.
