Ran the creative department of five full-time designers and writers as well as 20+ freelance writers, designers, and copy editors.

Led the visual design and supervised the UX design for HumanGood's 80+ page website redesign while working closely with the UX designer, project manager, developers, and partner agencies. The client was so happy with the success of this standalone web project has since turned into a monthly retainer of $70,000.

Collaborated with UX, account, strategy, and the client as the lead AD redesigning order configuration, checkout, and cart for Cox.com's buyflow redesign. This intense project included several trips to Cox headquarters in Atlanta to present work directly to the client.
Led the redesign of Cox.com's current customer experience (my account redesign). The project was a complete overhaul of the existing site and a huge initiative with stakeholders throughout the company, including the CMO.
