CENTRIC DIGITAL
- Designed and developed the UX for more than 28 AIG® products in four years including desktop experiences, dashboards, mobile, and tablet apps.
- Executed apps with members of the international team (US, India, and Japan), and the local AIG® teams in the areas that I was currently working in which were Tokyo, Dublin, Bangalore, and New York.
- Provided not only design and UX but also the art direction in conjunction with the design team for many digital products.
- Managed a team of several designers and front-end developers in their daily responsibilities; coached them and provided daily feedback to improve workflow and performance.
- Sponsored and managed a "Hackathon" tour in the main countries where this firm has offices, in order to provide the best product prototype ideas in 24 hours. It was well received and these prototype ideas gave the fruit to real products.
- Worked remotely to foster the transformation of prototypes into real working products whenever possible. Traveled, when necessary, to the local area in order to successfully complete the project. This can be notably seen in my work in Japan.
- Created, in Japan, one of the best products for the company, we've made called AIG Active Care™. It's an early warning system for clients/users. We worked closely with the Japanese government, the Weather Channel, and Weather News (Japan).
- Developed and designed more than 100 different desktop and mobile pages for Humana™.
- Designed more than 15 different desktop, mobile, and app experiences for Kaiser Permanente™.
