- Performed as a lead user experience designer for the launch of a financial system app, enabling user's to easily buy, sell, and trade investments.
- Created as-is and to-be journeys for four users on an enterprise-level application system. Identified 12 pain points and addressed them in a completely redesigned experience for lease management.
- Conducted user testing on 13 participants validating nine new search experience concepts for a job search platform that gets over 300 million visitors a month.
- Developed over 36 UX wireframe flows for a new financial systems' native application, including onboarding, secure login, dashboard, buy, sell, exchange, profile, preferences, messages, and payments.
- Managed sprints and collaborated with engineers, stakeholders and managers by conducting weekly check-ins to address changes, updates, and new UX flows. Ensured timelines were being met, and design changes were being implemented appropriately.
- Expanded upon brand guidelines to build out UI design systems and implement entirely new brand UI kits in Figma and Sketch for B2B, B2C, and enterprise-level applications.

MindBodyGreen
- Redesigned the media deck and its content flow to best tell the story of MindBodyGreen (mbg). As a result, the sales and marketing team doubled their sales in a year due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the media kit.
- Ideated and developed co-branded campaigns, art-directed photoshoots for shoppable articles, social media posts, videos, and UI and UX for landing pages and sponsored hubs.
- Ideated and developed concepts for over 20 new requests for proposals (RFP) with the marketing team. As a result, we gained new clients like Whole Foods, Target, Nike, Chanel, Siggis, and Pepsi.
- Created and supervised all art direction and digital and physical content like the product, marketing, event space, and materials for our largest event, Revitalize. It streamed over one million Livestream views with 214 million media impressions.
- Led the shift in the art direction of mbg's social media to match the new media kit. That year we gained over 70,000 followers on Instagram in the first five months.
- Worked with the technology and product teams to art direct and design the newsletter and welcome email templates based on user trends.
