Greta is a product service design lead with 15+ years of experience and a very high success rate in innovation, service, and product development. She has a unique approach in getting innovations to the market with a high level of skill in leadership and management. In her latest venture, Greta led a team to develop the first cashless experience for Honestbee in Singapore. Her first startup was the world's first consumer-friendly energy monitor (Wattson), sold successfully across the EU and Asia.
Drove the agency's user-centered design approach throughout the region.
Built an entire user experience team in multiple locations throughout the region to cater for all local and global client accounts, creating the right UX offering in the APAC region, gaining clients accounts such as Cathay Pacific and Qantas.
Led the experience team on the Cathay Pacific Integrated Customer Experience program as well as the digital transformation program for Qantas. Other clients included Shangri-La and HSBC for example.
Started at LBi London and went onto Asia as head of UX. Clients in the UK included Coca- Cola, BT (British Telecom), Lloyds TSB, Deutsche Telekom, Astra Zenica, Halifax, RBS, Skype, etc.
Created multi-platform immersive experiences in products and services for global brands. Client accounts included Lloyds TSB, Halifax, Coca-Cola, ESPN, a global sports brand, Skype, Nescafe, BT, Superfast Broadband. Responsible for UX teams of various clients accounts.
