British Gas
- Led the redesign of the most visited account page on the British Gas site (300,000 per month).
- Provided strategic direction and integrated business and user interests—to ensure the creation of one common outcome.
- Harnessed frequent usability testing and hypothesis based design in order to increase the conversion rate of the Setup Direct Debit journey—saving the business an estimated £155,000 per year.
- Spearheaded the efforts on UX discovery work around the Manage Direct Debit proposition. Through user interviews and analytical research, suggested an experiment which saved the business estimated £500,000 in man hours while offering the same functionality as previous.
- Worked alongside other designers in building a fully usable UI toolkit to simplify and speed the design process across 20 product teams.
- Carried out various workshops to highlight the benefits of this.
- Created and presented an “Introduction to Design Thinking” workshop to senior stakeholders within the business—through this, gained further alignment with wider stakeholders and ultimately provided better outcomes for customers.

Ladbrokes
- Worked as the sole UX designer in the exploration and style update for the new Ladbrokes' desktop website.
- Responsible for the implementation of all interaction/motion design solutions across the desktop website and mobile app.
- Introduced and implemented usability testing processes across all UX projects.
- Contributed to entire restructuring and design aimed at providing a new IA and navigation for the Ladbrokes' mobile app.
- Developed an onboarding package containing UX/UI team guidelines.
