- Led the design of StellarX, a first-of-a-kind, distributed token exchange powered by the Stellar blockchain. My tasks included design research, UX and UI design, and prototyping.
- Worked as part of a five-person engineering team based in Brooklyn and California that created StellarX as a React Native app from the ground up.
- Oversaw the Stellar rebrand process by the brand agency, Kurppa Hosk.

- Led a team of designers, engineers, and data scientists to innovate and improve a business-critical aspect of the Kickstarter platform: the creator experience.
- Aligned on the product vision and strategy with our leadership team and CEO, defined KPIs and metrics with our data team, and then led a team of developers and designers to build features that achieved those goals.
- Led user research, UX and UI design, and prototyping new ways for creators to succeed on our platform. I conducted in-person user interviews and surveys with Kickstarter creators and performed weekly data analysis.
- Played a key role in growing Kickstarter, one of the first crowd-funding websites where over 10 million people from every continent have backed a Kickstarter project.

- Ensured consistent, best-in-class UX and design deliveries in all projects and shipped products as the director of user experience design and a key leadership team member.
