Oversaw the financial model, drafting marketing materials and management presentations and working directly with senior management to drive the due diligence process as the sell-side advisor to Walmart on the sale of their Canadian credit card business to Centerbrdige Partners. Worked closely with international client teams across credit, marketing, corporate development, legal, and finance.
Presented the deal to the client's board of directors as a buy-side advisor to Synovus Financial on their acquisition of Entaire Global Companies, including modeling a tailored earn-out agreement to limit our client's downside risk, and working with lawyers to ensure it was properly documented in the merger agreement.
Managed a demanding, fast-paced diligence process with numerous external bidders and internal stakeholders as a sell-side advisor to Barclays on their sale of Barclays Wealth Americas to Stifel Financial, including working with an extensive international team across London and New York to move the deal through various level of vetting and approval.
Acted as the buy-side advisor to Community & Southern Bank on their acquisition of a deposit franchise from Certus Bank, including financial modeling a bank acquisition of a deposit franchise from a failing institution.
Oversaw financial model and prepared board materials in support of the deal as a buy-side advisor to a global asset manager on a $2.5 billion acquisition, including working with an international client and internal team (based in Paris), as well as a London-based buyer.
