Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is a digital marketing agency offering SEO, SEM, and web design services. I led the demand generation efforts for the agency, Rize Reviews, and SEO blog. In my first year in this role, I achieved remarkable results that significantly improved the website’s performance, increasing rankings, traffic, and agency revenue. Through strategic optimization techniques, we achieved an impressive 8,670 additional keywords ranking in the top 100 organic search results, leading to a remarkable 96% increase in organic search traffic. Our efforts also resulted in a substantial 43% increase in referring domains and a 48% increase in SQLs for the sales team.

As the lead for ThriveDX’s SEO strategy, I successfully managed the comprehensive on-page and off-page approach for university partner websites. The client’s website had low online visibility, ranking for only a few keywords with minimal organic traffic. Despite having valuable content, it lacked proper optimization, and important keywords were missing from titles, meta descriptions, and on-page copy. The backlink profile was weak, with low DR and limited referring domains. As a result, the site did not appear in the top search results for relevant terms, severely limiting lead generation potential.

I implemented a targeted SEO strategy starting with an in-depth audit to identify technical issues, on-page gaps, and content opportunities. I optimized meta tags, headings, and internal linking across key pages while improving keyword targeting based on search intent. I built a backlink acquisition plan to strengthen domain authority and monitored progress through rank tracking. Additionally, I refined content to match informational and commercial search queries better, driving both relevancy and quality of traffic.

Within six months, the site’s organic keyword count grew from 3 to 14 (+640%), and informational keyword rankings saw a significant boost. The site’s DR improved to 12, supported by 44 active referring domains, which contributed to more consistent search visibility. Walmart.com aimed to accelerate organic growth in priority categories and establish a scalable, standardized SEO/GEO approach across a large, fast-moving site. With AI-driven discovery evolving, leadership wanted stronger visibility for critical shopping journeys and consistent, cross-team execution.

I led an enterprise SEO/GEO program from audit through implementation and ongoing optimization. This began with a full-site crawl and category-level demand mapping, plus revenue baselines and reporting dashboards. The strategy introduced category playbooks that connected search intent to taxonomy and templates, a GEO framework to strengthen entity clarity for AI/LLM discovery, and governance for titles, metas, and H1s. I implemented expanded structured data (product, offer, review, FAQ, and breadcrumb), rolled out templated metadata at scale, added internal-link modules and FAQ/comparison components, improved Core Web Vitals, and tightened crawl/index hygiene. To sustain progress, I enabled the Merchant, PM, and Engineering teams with training, an experimentation roadmap, and KPI reporting for accountability.

Within 12 months, the program drove $100+ million in SEO-influenced revenue and delivered 22% YoY eCommerce growth across focus categories.
