Researched, wrote, edited, managed the design, and oversaw distribution of a white paper for my previous employer, Annex Cloud.

I wrote a white paper in 2018 titled "Is Brand Loyalty Dead? Key Ideas for Retaining Customers in the Age of Distraction", the main goal of which was to promote the customer loyalty tools of Annex Cloud, generate new leads, and educate prospects. The paper was very well received, and it's still used today to accomplish these goals.

Pitched an introductory plan for a software startup to begin driving qualified traffic to their website.

A startup that released its SaaS product struggled to bring qualified traffic to its website. As part of my final interview for a marketing position at this company, I was asked to present a basic plan to increase the quality and quantity of website traffic. I was subsequently hired as their full-time digital marketing manager, at which point I built and executed a more comprehensive traffic strategy and generated about 550% traffic growth in 18 months.
