I was responsible for overseeing product discovery and prototyping through user story mapping, mocking exercises, and prioritization exercises. I first defined the product vision with the client and assisted in the definition of a solution that met the needs of her users, the business, and her investors. I then led the development effort as a product owner and scrum master in order to deliver the product to the market. I also assisted in the definition of the support model and delivery of support services to new and existing customers.

I was responsible for the discovery and oversight of implementation for a barge tracking system in the logistics industry. We met on the tug boats with captains to discuss the aspects of their job and how they were tracking barges today. I designed a system that converted an excel based grid and color workflow marking workflow to a unified web application that asynchronously tracked over 20,000 barges across the US.

I was responsible for the discovery and definition of a business plan along with the technical strategy for a new IoT crate replacement product. I helped develop and deliver a product roadmap, budget, technical stack for the use case, differentiated product offering, target market assessment, and channel partner relationship strategy.
