Agile Scale-up in Banking
Multiple, recurring projects involving the training, kickoff, and coaching of several teams over the span of a few years.
Coached two product teams and facilitated four innovation and coaching teams. Mentored product owners and digital coaches. Coached and facilitated one large cross-functional initiative, from training to kickoff workshops, from discovery to delivery.
Core objectives:

Scrum Team Kickoff in Energy and Utilities
A really short project (six weeks) due to budgetary restrictions—interesting and successful nonetheless, with rapid-fire coordination between the US, India, and Italy.
Aligned Scrum practices between this and another four teams, following corporate guidelines. Coordinated with the product and engineering management stakeholders and two other Agile coaches.
Main activities:
Coached and mentored the newly appointed product owner and scrum master. Advised and facilitated the core Scrum events (planning, daily scrums, product backlog refinements, reviews, and retrospectives). Provided on-the-job training to the entire team on topics such as relative estimation and coming up with a definition of ready, user story writing, and splitting techniques.
Large-scale (four to 40 teams) Agile Transformation
Trained, facilitated, and coached multiple scrum and kanban teams across a large telecommunications organization.
Trained over 200 people on the basics of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Kickstarted more that ten teams, facilitated over a dozen workshops, and coached a dozen different teams. Worked with a group of more than 15 people between scrum masters and agile coaches supporting the transformation.
