I facilitated the split of a large team into two agile teams, helped the team embrace a lean agile mindset, and guided the team to adopt estimation best practices. I conducted workshops to reinforce certain elements essential in good planning, led the team's efforts to continuously improve and problem solve and supported the product owner, specifically in their management of the backlog, change of scope, and coordination with product and external teams.
