With a remote team, led the build of an investment crowdfunding company's offerings platform—achieving seamless integration.
I led a team of nine remote developers, QA engineers, UX designers and DevOps engineers to deliver a secure platform that allows admin users to create and manage crowdfunding offerings as well as a secure investment wizard for investors to quickly and in a safe manner invest in an offering of their choice using existing bank accounts, creating a new one, or using an eWallet built in the platform.
Communication management was an essential key for success since the project involved integration with third-party partners for tokenization, signature, and banking service, and the development team was completely remote.

Led QR code payment product development and successfully launched ahead of competitors.

• Two secure web applications that allow retail stores and admin users to track and manage the reward system, promotions, and financial information.
• A mobile app for cardholders to keep track of and use their reward points acquired through the use of their credit cards on the EPNs POS.
