Fintech Crowdfunding Platform

With a remote team, led the build of an investment crowdfunding company's offerings platform—achieving seamless integration.

I led a team of nine remote developers, QA engineers, UX designers and DevOps engineers to deliver a secure platform that allows admin users to create and manage crowdfunding offerings as well as a secure investment wizard for investors to quickly and in a safe manner invest in an offering of their choice using existing bank accounts, creating a new one, or using an eWallet built in the platform.

Communication management was an essential key for success since the project involved integration with third-party partners for tokenization, signature, and banking service, and the development team was completely remote.

Tools and technologies used include Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Heroku, Jenkins, Docker, Jira, Slack, and Selenium.

Mobile Online Payment App

Led QR code payment product development and successfully launched ahead of competitors.

I ed a team of seven developers, QA testers, DevOps engineers, and UX designers in delivering a new and secure app capable of handling bank transactions and service payments using account numbers and QR codes.

Tools and technologies used include React Native, Jira, GitHub, and Slack.

Web and Mobile Apps for Loyalty Rewards Program

Led—from discovery to production—the development of an electronic payment network's loyalty program.

I led a team of ten software developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and UX designers to deliver the following:

• Two secure web applications that allow retail stores and admin users to track and manage the reward system, promotions, and financial information.
• A mobile app for cardholders to keep track of and use their reward points acquired through the use of their credit cards on the EPNs POS.

Tools and technologies used include TypeScript, React, Java, React Native, Jenkins, Docker, Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps, and Selenium.

4G LTE Network Swap

Coordinating a year-long 4G LTE upgrade across hundreds of BBU sites and multiple data centers, while juggling carrier maintenance windows, regional field crews, cross-vendor dependencies across RAN, core, and transport, and 24-hour shifts to minimize service interruption to subscribers.

Built a master rollout plan sequencing data center readiness ahead of site upgrades, coordinated daily across internal teams, external vendors, and carrier operations to lock maintenance windows, and ran 24-hour shift rotations with clear handoffs to keep field crews productive.

Completed hundreds of BBU site upgrades with minimal service interruption, modernizing the carrier’s network for 4G LTE service.

Led an ISO 27001 program that achieved certification

Standing up an information security management system from scratch at a company that had no formal security program — defining scope, building governance, implementing controls across the organization, and preparing for an external certification audit, all while delivering my regular project portfolio.

Partnered with a security consultant to map the organization against Annex A controls, and led the program plan end-to-end — driving policy development, control implementation, internal audits, evidence collection, and management reviews across functions to reach audit readiness.

Achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, establishing the company’s first formal information security management system.
