Mobile Loyality App – From Discovery to CEE Scaled Product for a Video Surveillance Producer
Led a cross-functional team, including consulting, design, UX/UI, development, and SLA. Built a B2B loyalty app for Android, iOS, and web for an international security corporation.
As a part of a project, I designed a discovery workshop and developed an MVP solution based on mobile and web apps. The corporation approved the solution, and we’ve scaled it up into a loyalty ecosystem for 5+ CEE markets. Managed the scaling process and development, but also multi-language support, reward management system, and reward distribution system.

Interactive Video Kiosks for the Biggest eCommerce Platform
Launched an application in interactive kiosks to support a leading marketing campaign.
Managed the application delivery and maintenance during the marketing campaign and hardware setup.
During the launch of the famous “What are you looking for” campaign, Allegro set up e-kiosks in medium-sized cities all over Poland. Inside the e-kiosks, there were products to buy and an application that enabled recording video wishes and sending them to an email. The main challenge was to develop software for a specific hardware setup.

B2B2D Platform for a Leading Multi-service Automotive Provider
Managed the development of an eCommerce platform for the company's dealers, franchises, and partners in Scandinavia.
The B2B platform is the primary tool for the sales and finance departments to calculate complex discounts, invoicing, and document circulation. It’s integrated with multiple external systems such as warehouse management, plate number identification system, financial system integrations, CRM, and PIM integrations.
Served as an agile coach and scrum master for the dev team and client. Facilitated the process of creating value and backlog item prioritization. Coordinated multiple releases across a one-year timeframe. Aligned internal and external cross-functional teams.
