Managed a team of six software engineers and applied the agile way of working (Scrum). Also, I launched the Open API as a new channel for the company and continuously developed it. Further, I managed the main services via the Open API: payments and account information.

Mobile App with Face Biometric Identification 

Delivered a mobile app with face biometric identification and a client onboarding process for a financial services company with 800,000 users.

I managed two teams of developers, QA, and analysts to deliver a half-year-long project for new client onboarding via a mobile app.
During the five minutes of client onboarding, the app performed back-end calls to country registers for document checks and third-party providers for face biometric data matches with ID documents.

Managed a team of 10 developers, QA, art, design, and UX specialists to deliver improvements for web platform users, including accessibility, chat, ratings, soft currency, access to accounts, and transaction details.
